Width is measured across the chest, just below the sleeves. Women's t-shirts are a 'fitted' style and may be smaller than expected. If in doubt, order a size up.

T-shirts are made from comfortable, soft, high-quality, ring-spun cotton. Hoodies are durable, cotton-poly blend pullover hooded sweatshirts with drawstrings and a front pocket.

Artwork printed using state of the art printers with eco-friendly, water-based inks that with proper care won't fade in the wash and will last a lifetime.
Garment Care
To keep your apparel in top condition, wash items inside out with cold water (30°C). Hang drying is preferred to maintain quality, though tumble drying on low is acceptable. Ironing is not required, but if you do, iron on the reverse side. Following these care tips will help ensure your merchandise lasts.
Return Policy
At ToneThreads, we are committed to delivering high-quality products and services. Despite our best efforts, there may be times when an item doesn't meet your expectations. Here's how we address these situations:
- Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive an item that is damaged or not printed correctly, please contact us within 21 days of the shipment date. Reach out to us at orders@tonethreads.com with a photo and a detailed description of the issue, including your order ID. We're here to help make things right.
- Lost in Transit/Undelivered Orders: Should your order be lost in transit or remain undelivered, please inform us within 30 days from the shipping date. Unfortunately, if an incomplete or incorrect address was provided by the customer, we cannot cover the cost of a reprint and/or reshipment.
- Buyer’s Remorse/Wrong Size: We understand that mistakes happen, but we do not cover the cost or offer refunds for buyer’s remorse or selection of the wrong size. However, we value our customers and may offer a discount on a new item. Don't hesitate to contact us to explore your options.
No Returns Necessary: As we specialize in print-to-order merchandise, we do not keep printed items in stock. Therefore, there is no need to return any item to us in any of the above situations.
